The Power of Implementation In
After a period of understanding how to schedule the tasks and manage time to have desired productivity level in completing the tasks it’s more important that we implement them.
We have scheduled task according to our comfort, it may be wither related to your work or doing some thing new or learning but we all schedule it after having basic knowledge about that task and
As well said by Garrison Wynn –
“ Knowledge is not power,
Implementation is power. ”
It’s more of how we implement the knowledge we know than we just gain it.
Let me just ask you that what is the ratio of number of times you have thought about something to the times you have implemented that. People see what’s the average of all people working and then working according to that yet it’s not that but how do you work towards the ideas, thoughts, plans and schedules you have decided to work upon.
Have you ever experienced that you may have a business plan to implement but you were just thinking and someone else did it? It’s actually my personal experience and I have even suffered a lot because of this, here we are actually not talking about business so keeping this topic for some other day, the actual matter here is about you been thinking to develop yourself but have you worked towards it, or waiting for tomorrow, next Monday, next month or 1st of January?
Let me first explain you what’s actually implementation defined as?
Implementation is the process that turns strategies, plans or thoughts into actions in order to accomplish your desired objectives and goals, it can be losing weight, learning to play music or trade & invest, starting something new, etc.
It’s easy to implement things than we think about it. There are several reasons coming out due to which we lack the power of implementation in personal development,
– First of all, listed as Procrastination.
We won’t deny to the fact that we all procrastinate in doing stuff we don’t like to do, and even if we do sometimes doing it repeatedly becomes boring. So, what’s the plan? The primary task is to select something that you like for example, my goal is to lose fats, I am not a person who likes to exercise or go to the gym but I choose to swim as I am fond of that. Secondary making the tasks being done more creatively every time avoids boredom and this is where we can overcome our procrastination.
– Second is Low-Confidence.
Instead of thinking about “will I be able to do it?” just put in the efforts and study the risk factors and decrease the risk as unsaid situations are always present, start the work with a lesser risk in your monetary terms and time which gives you more confidence as well as a better way to study the task by practically doing it.
These are the main two reasons but also there are many more reasons such as not getting proper knowledge or a mentor for acquiring learning, not having enough resources, and many more that vary from person to person yet what I again say here is IMPLEMENT.
Once you start moving towards the path there are many people waiting to help you. The only requirement is you to walk, it’s fine if I didn’t have money to promote my blog there is social media where I can connect to people and start sharing, there was no one for me to build a website but as I started and asked for people started to share there contribution sue to which we are here reading, writing and improving ourselves.
As I said gaining knowledge without any implementation is not worth but starting without basic knowledge is dangerous.
So, what’s important to know before you start?
- What do you need to do? (the task).
- Who will be there you? (if required).
- How to do it? (the process).
- When to it? (time).
These are the 4 basic factors that are enough before you start and as you move ahead you discover various other possibilities that help you improve and gets you growth. It’s also important that we be flexible in the process as well as for that results as during the process the Basics change and so does the results.
Stay intact to your goals, let the process get you various paths to go through but as you start implementing everything you think of during the process the closer you get towards your objective.
I personally believe that “Every next step shows me a path to my destination, paths may be right, left, straight or a U-turn. What matter is that you keep moving.”
I hope this blog coveys the message I want to and you were able to understand what is the power of implementation. It’s obvious we all know that as we implement we will reach our goals and win the race but what makes it difficult and how to tackle is what I have shared.
Keep Implementing, keep improving, stay safe.
