A Healthy Mind – A mind that is emotionally, psychologically and socially stable, google says this but I believe that there’s no mind that’s stable because there are few things that we always keep on thinking about.
So, a healthy mind is one that is free of negative feelings, thoughts, emotions and has the ability to do self-care and take apt decisions in all the situations.
The ability of a mind to consider itself strong, moving, learning & positive keeps it healthy. Yes, mental health is something we are talking about but it’s a diverse topic and instead of making it too complicated where we think about what could affect us, we better push ourselves towards the things that keeps our mind healthy.
This is an introductory blog for coming blogs of our healthy mind series where I will tell you about various things that will help you be happy and have a healthy mind.
Let me just brief you about this, have you ever wondered why do we feel bad when we fail, why do we feel depressed, why do we feel jealous of others, why do we tend to stay alone, why is stress & anxiety killing us, etc. Every ‘why’ here has a reason and a solution that needs to be considered to live with satisfaction in the short life we have.
We may have left behind many important things in our life such as the beautiful nature around us, time with loved ones, or even few opportunities, Do you think these moments can be revamped back to your life? Yes, it’s easy because here it’s about how you, about how you bring that change from the time when you missed those moments to today when you want to live back those cherish-able moments.
Everything that we talk here is about individual personality, you can grow yourself individually, you can re-bounce back into a thankful life individually, you can learn and implement individually, and much more. I am not anywhere against people coming together and growing with everyone but just the only thing here is that it’s possible to make your mind healthy and happy individually.
Every journey of growth and upliftment that you want to share with others starts from you-yourself, here it’s important you have a healthy mind to make move on the same path. I have experienced various things in life that has made be feel grateful about this life and people around and it’s all whatever I share with everyone.
