Hey! Thank you for always being here and giving your essential three minutes to us. I hope you are enjoying it. We promise you to improve ourselves every day and provide you value for your betterment.

How great is it being happy every day and every moment of your life? Having a feeling of being fulfilled with everything you have is something that keeps you contented.

What do you think is being happy is?

Getting a bunch of flowers, a cake for you to eat alone, a dog, a new car or a bungalow.

Definitely No! everything here gives you temporary happiness. Your excitement and happiness vanish off within a few minutes or a day or a week. But you get permanent happiness when you feel that you are grateful for what you have, you are grateful for whatever you get and you are grateful for whoever you are.

Being grateful gives you the feeling of achievement, being grateful gives you a feeling of relief, a feeling of support and attachment to everyone and everything and eventually these all contribute to your overall happiness.

We all run behind finding happiness but have we ever asked ourselves how grateful we are.

Let me first ask you why being happy is so important?

The more you are happy, the more you grow and the more you grow the happier you are. Isn’t it really interesting that every moment we are bound with some vibes around us that we may not notice but we feel it by our internal expressions? We become angry when we are inbounded with negative vibes, we feel nervous when around depressed vibes, we feel happy when around grateful vibes.

So, for being happy isn’t it really important that we be grateful. Definitely it is.

So, what does it mean by being grateful?

Simply being thankful, satisfied, overwhelmed, glad for everything you have, in whatever situation you are in, whoever are you are at that movement. Every moment minute, day, week having a feeling of being complete with whatever you have achieved and everything you got out of it. Definitely you never need to stop doing better because the process of growth starts when you feel that you’re doing good and you’re getting something of it even if it’s a learning for you.

Every person deserves appreciation for what he is and for his altruistic act, giving him that respect is our duty because when we give it, we receive it and this is the power of giving, start giving it without expectation of getting back and one day everything you give comes back.

Every day when you wake up thank god for showing you this day, while you bath thank for getting water to bath, when you eat thank for food you eat, when you gain something thank to someone who has taught you, when you fail thank yourself for not giving up and trying it, while walking when you find a bird flying be grateful that you have land to walk on, when you go back to sleep thank everyone for the amazing day you had, close your eyes with prayers of getting up another day so that you can be thankful.

It seems that it’s really difficult to remember to be grateful always but it just takes a single breath to say thank you and as you start being fulfilled with everything, it becomes a habit.

A Habit of being grateful, A habit of being happy.

  3. I believe that avoiding refined foods is a first step in order to lose weight. They may taste excellent, but packaged foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more in order to have enough strength to get with the day. For anyone who is constantly taking in these foods, transferring to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more strength while feeding on less. Interesting blog post.
